Vendor terms

KurdOff is built with vendors, not against them: brands, distributors and shops selling authentic cosmetics in Iran and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. These terms tell you what we expect and — honestly — what is still being finalized.

Last updated:

1. Who can sell

Registered businesses and verifiable sellers of cosmetics and personal-care products operating in Iran or the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. During onboarding we ask for business documentation and proof of supply channels — sourcing transparency is a condition of joining, not a formality.

2. Authenticity — the non-negotiable rule

Only genuine products. Counterfeit, imitation, expired, relabelled or opened-and-resealed cosmetics end the partnership immediately and permanently, and the vendor bears full liability toward customers and authorities for such products. Expiry dates and batch information on listings must match the physical product.

3. Listings

Product names, photos, ingredients, volumes and origin must be accurate and belong to the actual product being shipped. No medical claims a product's registration does not support. Prices you set must be real prices — artificial mark-ups before discounts are prohibited.

4. Orders and fulfilment

Vendors keep stock information current and ship confirmed orders within the handling time stated on the listing, packaged for safe transport of cosmetics. Repeated late shipments, cancellations due to phantom stock, or hygiene-unsafe packaging lead to delisting.

5. Returns

The customer-facing returns policy binds vendors: damaged, defective or wrong deliveries are resolved at the vendor's cost; sealed change-of-mind returns are accepted within the policy window. The platform mediates disputes and its decision, applied under the policy, is final on the platform.

6. Commissions and fees — honest words

The commission and fee schedule is not final yet. It will be finalized and published before public seller onboarding opens, and every applicant receives the complete schedule in writing before signing the vendor agreement. Two commitments now: no hidden fees, and no retroactive changes — fee changes apply forward with prior notice.

7. Payouts

Payout schedules and methods (Iran and Kurdistan Region differ) are defined in the individual vendor agreement at onboarding, alongside the fee schedule.

8. Suspension and termination

Either side may end the partnership with notice; open orders must still be fulfilled or properly cancelled and refunded. The platform may suspend listings immediately for authenticity violations, safety issues or fraud.

9. How to apply

Email info@barmaan.co with “Vendor” in the subject line: who you are, what you sell, your supply channels and where you operate. We reply to every serious application.
