Returns & Refunds
Cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive products, so the rules are strict but fair: damaged and wrong deliveries are always on us and the vendor; sealed products can come back; opened products cannot — unless they are defective.

1. The short version
- Damaged, defective or wrong item delivered → report within 48 hours, photos attached — resolved at no cost to you
- Changed your mind → unopened products with intact hygienic seal can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Opened or used cosmetics → not returnable, unless the product itself is defective
- Refunds go back to your original payment method after the vendor's inspection
2. Why cosmetics are special
Once a cream, mascara or lipstick is opened it can no longer be resold safely, and no honest shop would put it back on the shelf. That is why the hygienic seal decides: intact seal — returnable; broken seal — only returnable when the product is defective, damaged in transit, expired on arrival, or not what you ordered.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong items
Check your parcel on delivery. If something arrived broken, leaking, expired, clearly counterfeit or simply not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Return shipping for such cases is never your cost, and you choose: replacement or full refund including the original shipping.
4. Change of mind
Unopened products with intact seals and original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so the vendor can arrange the return; in change-of-mind cases the return shipping cost is yours, and the product price is refunded after inspection.
5. How a return works
- Email info@barmaan.co with your order number, the item, and the reason (photos for damage/defects)
- We confirm the return and coordinate the pickup or drop-off with the vendor
- The vendor inspects the returned item — usually within a few days of receiving it
- The refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval
6. What cannot be returned
- Opened or used cosmetics (unless defective, damaged or wrong — see above)
- Products with broken or missing hygienic seals
- Items explicitly marked non-returnable on the product page before purchase
- Damage caused by misuse or improper storage after delivery
