KurdOff is Kurdistan's online marketplace and guide: a multi-vendor marketplace that starts with authentic cosmetics and is expanding to every category, plus travel, culture and news content for Iranian Kurdistan and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, in four languages. It is a project of Barmaan Trading Company (BTC), Erbil.

The shop is launching step by step — sections marked “coming soon” are being built. You can already create an account and subscribe to the newsletter; we will announce the opening there and on the site.

You can register with an email or phone number and a password, log in with a one-time code sent to your email, or use your Google or Facebook account. Verifying a one-time code on a new email creates your account automatically.

Products on KurdOff are sold by independent vendors — brands, distributors and shops — unless a listing says otherwise. Each product page shows its seller. KurdOff runs the platform, sets quality rules and handles disputes between you and vendors.

Selling counterfeit, expired or opened cosmetics is strictly prohibited on KurdOff, and vendors commit to this in writing. If you ever suspect a product, report it to us — verified violations lead to removal of the vendor.

Yes — delivery across Iran is part of the plan, with available shipping methods, costs and times shown at checkout for your address once the shop opens.

Yes — KurdOff serves the Kurdistan Region (Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok and surrounding areas). Options and delivery times for your city are shown at checkout.

Payment methods differ between Iran and the Kurdistan Region and will be announced for each region at launch. The available options for your address always appear at checkout before you confirm an order.

Yes, within the rules of the returns policy: damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; unopened products with intact hygienic seals can be returned within 7 days. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless defective — see the Returns & Refunds page.

Email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We coordinate with the vendor and get back to you; damaged or wrong deliveries are resolved at no cost to you.

Registered businesses and sellers of authentic cosmetics in Iran or the Kurdistan Region can apply by email with “Vendor” in the subject line. Read the vendor terms first — authenticity requirements are strict.

The commission and fee schedule is being finalized and will be published before public seller onboarding opens. Every applicant receives the full schedule in writing before signing anything — no hidden fees.
