SVR Sebiaclear Gel Moussant is a soap-free purifying foaming cleanser from the French dermatological laboratory SVR, made for oily, sensitive and acne-prone skin. The 400ml pump bottle is labelled for both face and body, so it also works for body breakouts (back and shoulders).
The formula pairs 4% Gluconolactone (PHA) with Salicylic Acid and glycerin: it unclogs pores, lifts away excess sebum and clears the skin without drying or irritating it. It is soap-free and sulfate-free, non-comedogenic, made with 95% natural-origin ingredients, and per the brand the formula is readily biodegradable (70% in 28 days, OECD 301F).
In the brand's own study (21 volunteers, twice daily, 28 days), 100% described the skin as clean and 90% as purified, with excess sebum removed and pores unclogged.
