Visit the storeThomas Kosmala No.4 Après l'Amour is a unisex Eau de Parfum from the French niche house Thomas Kosmala, launched in 2018 and rapidly transformed from an obscure release into one of the most talked-about niche scents in the world. The name is French for "after love", and the brief is exactly that: the warm, intimate smell of skin.
It opens on lemon zest and bitter orange blossom for a bright citrus lift, moves through a heart of aromatic spices, and settles into a base of musk, amber and dry woody notes. That musk-amber base is the signature of the fragrance — in global user voting the musky and amber accords dominate by a wide margin. The composition is by Thomas Kosmala himself, the founder of the house.
The presentation is deliberately plain, in niche fashion: a clear cylindrical glass bottle with a matte black cap, a pale paper label reading "No 4 Après l'Amour Eau de Parfum", and a white box with the brand's blind-embossed emblem. This release belongs to the brand's White Collection and its only official size is 100 ml, printed on both label and box as "e 100 ML 3.3 FL.OZ".
