Visit the storePaco Rabanne Lady Million Eau de Parfum launched in 2010 and has been one of the world's best-selling women's fragrances ever since, and the flagship of the Million family. This is the original, base version of the line — not Lucky, not Empire, not Royal and not Fabulous.
It opens bright and fruity with raspberry, neroli, Amalfi lemon and bitter orange. The heart reveals a white bouquet of jasmine absolute, African orange flower and gardenia. The drydown is the real signature: white honey over patchouli and amber, warm, sweet and seductive. Rabanne's own site summarises the same three pillars as white flowers bouquet, jasmin absolute and honey accord. It was composed by four renowned perfumers: Anne Flipo, Beatrice Piquet, Dominique Ropion and Bruno Jovanovic.
The bottle is as recognisable as the scent: a faceted gold diamond inspired by The Regent, the famous diamond kept at the Louvre. One note on branding: in 2023 the house officially shortened its name from Paco Rabanne to Rabanne, so both box styles circulate and neither is a sign of a fake.
